What warranties do you offer? We offer 7 year workmanship warranty on all of our work. All materials have their own manufacturers warranty up to 25 years. What is Home Warranty Insurance? Home Warranty Insurance is offered to protect you. If the company you have contracted should fail, this insurance would cover you for any individual works costing over $12,000 to be completed. A roof restorer is someone who has been trained in restoring roofs. In order to do contract and work for themselves a license is required. Before obtaining these licenses the tradesperson is required to complete another 6 months at TAFE studying "Business Principles". What is a roof tiler? A roof tiler has also completed a four year apprenticeship at TAFE which includes one year practical on the job training, specialising in all forms of roof tiling, bedding and pointing. What is a roof plumber? A roof plumber is a person who has completed a four year apprenticeship in roof plumbing, specialising in metal roofing which also includes gutters and downpipes. In order to do contract and work for themselves a license is required. Before obtaining these licenses the tradesperson is required to complete another 6 months at TAFE studying "Business Principles".
